DESCRIPTION:Wat Pasantidhamma Organizes\nThe Vipassana Meditation Retreat\nFebruary 3-5\, 2023\n…………….. \nThe program will start at 3.00 p.m. on February 1\, 2022. Please arrive at the temple by 2.00 p.m. The program will include Buddha’s teachings; group instructions for sitting\, standing\, and walking meditation; and individual interviews with instructions. Please wear loose comfortable clothes\, preferably white to honor Buddhist tradition. Bring a meditation cushion or any cushion. For those who want to stay overnight\, please bring a sleeping bag and a flashlight. If you prefer to stay outside\, you may bring a tent. Breakfast and lunches are provided. Undertaking the eight precepts and no solid meal after 12.00 noon.
