Please arrive at the temple by 2.00 p.m. The program will include Buddha’s teaching\, sitting\, standing and walking meditation with instructions and individual interview with instructions. Please wear loose comfortable cloths\, preferable white to honor Buddhist’s tradition. Bring a meditation cushion or any cushion. For those who want to stay overnight\, please bring a sleeping bag and a flash light\, and bring your tent if you like to stay outside\, breakfast and lunches are provided.
