DESCRIPTION:Wat Pasantidhamma Organizes\nThe Vipassana Meditation Retreat\nSeptember 1-3\, 2023\n……………..\nThe program will start at 3.00 p.m. on September 2\, 2022. Please arrive at the temple by 2.00 p.m. The program will include Buddha’s teaching\, sitting\, standing\, and walking meditation with instructions and an individual interview with instructions. Please wear loose comfortable clothes\, preferably white to honor Buddhist tradition. Bring a meditation cushion or any cushion. For those who want to stay overnight\, please bring a sleeping bag and a flashlight\, and bring your tent if you like to stay outside\, breakfast and lunches are provided.
